April 2009
New Table Talk
Table Talk in its new format went out mid March. In it you'll find:
- News and reporting of local events
- An interview with Andrew Robson
- Photographs!
- Bridge articles by local players
- 'The Murderous Art of Bridge'
- A Crossword, a debate on BridgeMates, a gazetteer of local clubs and much more
Everyone should have been able to pick up a copy by now; they were distributed through local clubs, teaching groups and playing circles - in fact everywhere bridge is played in the county. We didn't forget our subscribers and anyone living outside the county or who is not a club regular, should have had one posted to them.
If you haven't been able to pick one up and haven't received one in the post get in touch with either the editor or the membership secretary and they'll organise you a copy.
If you'd like to look at an on-line copy - or let others know what's going on in Suffolk Bridge - then the whole thing is available, in colour, as a download. It's a PDF so you'll need Adobe Reader (most likely you have that already) and some patience; at 28Mb it's only suitable for those with broadband.
